LOL Gunnar 'Derby-revealed' to us on ESPN.
And I didn't get him anything?

"And we'll ask Gunnar about his childhood in the next half inning after the break..."

Worse, Gunnar's gonna be mic'd up for an interview this half inning.
I *loathe* this latest aspect of how to consume live sports on TV.
Absolutely hate in game interviews.
I mean, I say this as a spectator who is watching this game on a 55" TV, while I have a half dozen browsers open on my laptop that is connected to a 32" monitor, *AND* I'm playing Forge of Empires on my iPad.
I can multi-task like a MFer, but I'd never want to do what Gunnar's doing here.
I was thinking the same thing. I mean, I readily admit I am not as much into watching baseball as I am football. I will watch every SNF game, I'm only tuning into SNB if the Orioles are on.
When did interviewing a guy while he is on the field become a thing? It has to take away from your concentration. I mean you are thinking about your response and not putting total focus on the game.
But Gunnar was good. He represented well.

That looked like an awful jump and worse track by Hays, to me. Seemed catchable.

Hays is so bad at patrolling deep in LF.

The fact that this has becomes thing is beyond ridiculous. My son & picked up pitch calls during a Dodger game earlier this year.Apoareny, He had his earpiece on while being interviewed.

Hays throws to the wrong base there.
Good grief.

Well, Irvin did not settle down. I don't think we have the bullpen availability to go get him right now. Guess Akin could go 3 and then Tate, Krook, and Vespi clean up. I think Irvin has to either dance out of this or wear this one for the team.

There is baseball, and occasionally there are other things of note
"Now OPS sucks. Got it."
"Making his own olive brine is peak Mackus."
"I'm too hungover to watch a loss." - McNulty

They’re off tomorrow and they fly to Seattle which gives them an extra 3 hours to rest up
