I don't know what the record is for most blown 20 point leads in an entire NBA playoffs, but it would have to be at risk of falling this year.

They're learning on the fly.
Someone has to win.
One thing to consider is that the collective we often look back at many title runs and think of them as cleaner/easier than they actually were. A good number of these title runs were very much perilous and benefited from some good fortune along the way.
