Where do you think Maryland ranks?

Where do you think it should rank?

I’d guess we are somewhere in the middle.

Top 5 id guess

1) Hawaii
2) California
3) Alaska
4) Colorado
5) Arizona

Thinking all the Midwest states rank towards the bottom: Nebraska Kansas Iowa etc

There is baseball, and occasionally there are other things of note

Havent traveled nearly enough to have an opinion but I have been to Iowa and I have to believe they nailed it being ranked 50. Have mercy if there is a state more boring than that. Generally speaking though this list goes how I figured it would go. The states I would travel to first are in the top 10. The midwest is at the bottom.

I'd go 1. Hawaii, 2. Alaska, 3. California

I never had friends later on like the ones I had when I was twelve. Jesus, does anyone?

Maryland is ranked too high (as is Florida for that matter). New York is ranked too low, as well.

No real issues with any of the individual rankings, though I'll say in general that to me the western states (outside of the ones on the coast) get a little too much love.  Give me the green over the orange any day.

I think Maryland is properly ranked.

We do check off a lot of boxes like the article blurb said.

I agree that New York could be a few spots higher.

The top 10 looks pretty good to me although Michigan may be overrated.

IMO it feels closer to 40 than it is 29. But then again, there are so many flyover states that, if you’re not into farmland, you wind up closer to 30 anyway.
