Genuinely hope he is alright and will be longterm but how do you pay him so much with his concussion history
He appears to have just suffered a devastating concussion. Jesus.

And have his backup be Skylar Thompson, who is in no way, shape or form an NFL QB. Wonder if they’ll try and trade for Dobbs or something? SF put Allen ahead of him on their depth chart. Gotta imagine Tiny Tua ™️ will miss some time.

There is baseball, and occasionally there are other things of note
"Now OPS sucks. Got it."
"Making his own olive brine is peak Mackus."
"I'm too hungover to watch a loss." - McNulty

Even before the concussion, was Miami even trying to win that game? That drive before halftime was pitiful.

KC picks up 4th and 16 on PI, and will be in position to kick the game winning FG vs. Cincinnati.

Pittsburgh about to go on another magical run with a subpar team, par the course. I feel like TJ Watt single handedly carries them to victories weekly.

Cincinnati had a bad loss of their own to NE. Both Ravens and them lost to KC which was sort of expected. Cleveland got whipped by Dallas, but rebounded to beat a Jacksonville team that seems stuck on slightly better than mediocre. Pittsburgh has won two games without much offense at all. Atlanta was supposed to be a fairly good team this year but who knows. Denver is definitely not a very good team. I don't think Pittsburgh will have enough offense to beat some of the better teams on their schedule, but they do always seem to contain Lamar and play the Ravens well. If Kenny Picket could beat the Ravens twice in his career, then you can't dismiss either Wilson or Fields being able to do it.

Well, at least we aren't the only 0-2 team in the division with a loss to KC and a home loss to a team we should've beat.

Tomlin overachieves with his roster quite often. Harbaugh underachieves with his roster. Zero question.

Noll > Cowher > Tomlin.
Since 1969. Three coaches. Absolutely bonkers.

And all three have won Superbowls. The last time the Steelers were coached by someone who did not already have or would win a Superbowl with the team, the Beatles were still together making music.

Really takes away from the enjoyment of the game when the officiating has such a huge influence on the outcome. I mean, I know at the speed of the game it's nearly impossible to get every call correct, but it's nearing ridiculous levels of objectivity.
How many times a year is the Davante Adams play NOT called a PI? Such a huge shift in the momentum and likely outcome of the game.

Eagles pass on 3rd and 3 late while the Falcons had no TOs left... Barkley drops it... and the Falcons wind up getting the go ahead TD with 38 second left. A run play plus 40 seconds would have completely changed the Falcons strategy when getting the ball back with no TOs. The extra 40 or so seconds gave Cousins the luxury of still throwing to the middle of the field multiple times.
Morons. Game and situational management done right, the Eagles are probably 2-0. Never mind they were basically running the ball AT WILL in the 4th quarter. But no, gotta give it that old Harbaugh-esque "aggressive shot". Now they're 1-1 instead.
