How many fans wouldn't trade for that success? NE, KC, Phi maybe? Very short list.
I agree - find some joy in life, brother.

I am an insufferably negative football fan. I know it. I just can't fake having any confidence at all in this iteration of the Ravens. Feels like no team is better at playing their worst when it matters most.
I don't mind your comments, and I certainly don't take them personally. Why some do is still a mystery to me. I think it's good to have some members balance out the Pollyanna view of sports.

We've had this discussion a million times.
I'm just happy we've had a consistently good to great product of football to watch for 20+ years now, with a handful of hiccup years.
They keep us happy and entertained and slightly distracted from our real world problems for 6 months of the year.

I really dont want to be so harsh but I cant really disagree. He admits to being insufferably negative. So he is aware. Just show some self control and realize you dont always have to press send.He really should be banned from posting in the Ravens forum.
Just toxic.

I guess you can consider it a disappointment if everything depends on winning a championship or not. At the end of the day, does it really matter? It's just entertainment. Will any of our lives be drastically different if the Ravens would win 10 straight Super Bowls or never won another one?

That's pretty much how I feel about it too. They've been a consistent play-off contending team for years and since the regular season lasts several months, Ravens fans have had it damn good for a long time. I'm not complaining, that's for sure.

Ben Cleveland: “I’m here to earn a spot on the team.” Cleveland said he feels plenty comfortable at center, which is where he’ll be the next couple of weeks with Linderbaum sidelined, Harbaugh said
Harbaugh confirmed that Maulet will have his knee scoped and they will revisit his status closer to season
OLB Odafe Oweh (sprained ankle) has returned to practice after missing Tuesday.
Ravens' relatively healthy start to training camp has shifted in the opposite direction in last couple of days. Observations from Tuesday’s practice as Brandon Stephens continues his strong camp, another WR is added to mix and Kane delivers stop.

Good first impression for Wiggins. Eagles went keep going at him and he keeps answering.
There is a new game thread for the preseason.
And I agree!

Basically don't trust anything the Ravens say about injuries, but that's encouraging.
Exactly. Don't pay any attention to Harbaugh injury updates. It's like trying to crack the nuclear codes. The Linderbaum situation concerns me more than Wiggins. I hope the "soft tissue injury" doesn't evolve into something a lot more serious.

Hamilton had to leave practice with an apparent lower leg injury. Per Zrebiec, Harbaugh said it doesn't appear serious, but we've all heard that before.

He walked off the field without assistance and apparently is OK. Probably just got a stinger or bruise on his leg and I could see them keeping him out of practice for a few days this week. Or maybe it was even less significant than that and he'll be back on the field today.

OL coach Joe D'Alessandris was hospitalized over the weekend with an acute illness and will need ongoing treatment. The Ravens hired George Warhop to replace him....no indication if this is temporary or not.
Mark Andrews was in a car accident this morning on his way to the facility, but suffered no apparent injury.
