Here we go. One shot to win it, have to think they'll double Young.

Tough loss, but a hard-fought effort. Chance for a big win at home against Michigan State on Sunday.

Zero bench points. In fact, only 4 players scored at all. Not gonna get it done.

Looks like Reese, Scott, and Geronimo were OK. These freshmen are duds, though.

No criticism for sure but still, if they want to get back in the NCAA conversation that really would have been a big win, so that one still stings a bit. Totally agreed with Hummel's analysis at the end, as amazing as Young was last night that final shot was a bit of a settle. He was scoring inside at will, go the rack and if nothing else draw contact, refs were calling everything in the 2nd half so it was pretty much an automatic foul.
And again team really could have used Martinez and Hart as perimeter defenders last night. Got torched off the dribble all game long.

I thought Scott, Geronimo were pretty good. I think Reese got his ass kicked the second half and that hurt. his 6 turnovers were bad and he got caught not boxing out more than a few times. Young was terrific.
All that said, I think Maryland is playing better. There is still a long way to go, but they are getting better as the season goes on.
JMO, I think I would give Batchelor extended run. Playing him in 2 to 3 minute stretches doesn't allow him to settle in. Let him make a few mistakes and see if he can start to contribute offensively. Just a gut feeling but he may be able to get comfortable and contribute some three point shooting.
I like the way Scott is shooting the ball and the past couple of games Geronimo has looked smooth shooting deep. Geronimo is a very good defender and helps on the boards.

Imagine betting Northwestern and expecting to have MD winning in the back pocket as a silver lining. Of course they lose but cover the 3.5. Freaking asshats
That low just bet the ML
There is baseball, and occasionally there are other things of note
"Now OPS sucks. Got it."
"Making his own olive brine is peak Mackus."
"I'm too hungover to watch a loss." - McNulty

I shouldnt have to worry about the extra juice at 3.5 when MD is this bad. And they are still bad
