Go Irish.
ND prolly can’t beat OSU but they can def beat Texas.
There is baseball, and occasionally there are other things of note
"Now OPS sucks. Got it."
"Making his own olive brine is peak Mackus."
"I'm too hungover to watch a loss." - McNulty

Just curious, why?
It’s PSU, OSU, Texas and ND in that order for me.
Just never liked any of these teams, but I don’t know any Texas fans, so that’s the one I can most tolerate. I’m really gonna be pissed if OSU wins tomorrow because that means one of the two most obnoxious fan bases in all sports is gonna be celebrating a title. Makes me wanna hurl.

Oh, I read that wrong. My bad. Yeah I've never felt much hatred for Texas. Don't love them due to the blue blood privilege thing, but yeah no hatred. OSU and PSU OTOH.

So the mighty SEC, not gifted a short route to the title, falters and gets no team in the final. This is why they play the games. And for those saying 8 teams was too many.....7 and 8 are in the final.

The 7 & 8 part is missing context, as that is simply where they were seeded. Notre Dame and OSU were ranked 5 and 6, respectively, in the final CFP rankings. And both probably should have been higher except the committee didn’t want to drop PSU (who OSU beat) because they narrowly lost in the conference championship game. I do agree that this year it felt like there was no one or two dominant teams and that any of the final top 6 could have made a run to the title.

BSL: College Football Playoff - The Dawn of a New Era
Here it is, my take on the CFP so far (yeah, mostly a dud), how I think it could/should look going forward, and a preview of Monday's game. Enjoy!

Really impressive 18-play opening drive by ND that included converting two 4th-and-1s. Think they're a big enough underdog they can approach this game as if they're playing with house money, and that may be what gives them the best chance at winning.

That was one of the fastest quarters I've seen in a football game in a long time. Ohio State didn't even finish their first possession.
