I know financially it would be a stretch, but damn, I wish they had picked up the 5th year on PQ's rookie deal.
Smith and Queen are game changers inside.

I'm seriously wondering why they didn't after the season he had last year. I'm hoping they'll work an extension that lowers whatever the 5th year cap number would have been.

I am not sure how the cap will work, but I think the Ravens have to like the way Smith and Queen are making plays.
