In honor of the great George Carlin, a few "brain droppings" after OTAs and prior to training camp.

Nice job Jamie.
I 100% agree. Let's roll with the receivers we have and add to edge, defensive backfield and maybe the Dline. Leonard Floyd signed with the Bills today. I think Houston returns.

Dline is interesting because there's potential there with Madibuike (who's flashed but hasn't put together a pro bowl caliber full season), Travis Jones (who's just scratching the surface of his ability) and Broderick Washington (solid, but perhaps a bit unspectacular). Michael Pierce is a wild card as health is always his issue and Brett Urban is a solid role player. That unit will definitely feel the loss of Calais Campbell who still played at a high level, despite his age. Not sure if anyone will emerge from amongst the rookie class or 2nd year man Rayshad Nichols can carve out a role. It may be worthwhile to seek out some depth on the Dline.

I don't think they can trust Pierce to post for 14 games or more. They will shop for a veteran.
