After going 0-2 in those hideous unis, the Orioles avoid a sweep while wearing their regular home uniforms. Here's hoping the City Connect unis get shitcanned as a result.

Probably. Might be strictly a team decision though. Any link between the jersey and losing is obviously dumb

The baseball gods are (rightly) punishing them for their complete lack of style and flare. Burn those GD things now.

There was a discussion regarding the uniforms on The Fan this afternoon (I didn't catch all of it) and one caller posited that those black jerseys could be making it too easy for hitters to pick up the white ball from the pitcher's hand. Interesting theory and probably shouldn't be dismissed out-of-hand.

They've been wearing black on Friday nights for as long as I can remember. I feel like someone would have caught it if they were worse in black over a long period of time.
