All prospects arent the same. Stowers is just not gonna be a guy to hold off Cowser.
Why? We have posts upon posts about how you have to give young players at least a couple of seasons to see what they have. Yet you are ready to jettison Stowers after 142 at bats and only 26 this year?
As far as tonight, the guy has been especially bad. No problem thinking OHearn is the better play at DH

There's no reason for Westburg, Cowser, or Ortiz (I know he's not playing tonight) to still be in AAA.

Ortiz or Westburg should be up to take over 2B, Frazier to the utility role, O'Hearn to AAA.

I would have to go with Westburg. I don't know how you can accomplish much more at AAA. He's ready for the big show.

I speculated in the offseason they may not like Westburgs defenese at 2b. Hes not replacing Henderson or Mateo at 3b or SS . Ortiz is more the middle infield guy. Just think Westburg is going to end up being traded and given his shot elsewhere at 3b
