There is a lot that goes into it, so can't say for sure right now. He'll certainly be on the Ravens side of the comp pick cancellation chart. What round pick he counts for will depend on his APY and then how much he plays this coming season. And then whether we get a pick or it gets canceled out will depend on which unrestricted FAs the Ravens sign and for how much.
FWIW, Overthecap is estimating losing Powers as a 4th round compensation right now.

Hopefully Cleveland can finish the conditioning drills in less than a week this time around.
