Have loved Corso being a part of Gameday.... but man he's struggling tonight.
He has points to make, but the speech is really impacted.
A day like today with a lot of different segments has to be very tough.

If Michigan cashes in here, it's going to be a long night for Washington.

That was an uneven and not very crisp game by either team, but Michigan dominated the 1st and 4th Qtrs and that was plenty enough. And I'll just take this opportunity to remind everyone they were my #1 headed into the season.

Washington just could not get untracked offensively. They averaged 473 ypg this year, yet were held to just 301 tonight. They also averaged at least three plays of 20+ yards in every game, but managed just one tonight (although a 32-yard pass completion in the first half was wiped out by a rather sketchy holding call).
Now we can all sit back and listen a dandruff of speculation over Jim Harbaugh's next coaching destination. Yippee.

By the looks of it, Penix suffered broken ribs. His accuracy was off most of the game.

He was pretty banged up and in pain. His WR's were mamhandled all night. Michigan DB's pushed the rules and got away with a lot.
