I don't Rich really adds anything to any question that anyone with even a modest knowledge wouldn't know...
...but the thing I think is funny when he does this is it feels like he's going the hyper opposite of Roch and wants everyone to know it is actually a mailbag...not just a mailbag, but if it's an email...accounted for...so hey, didn't want anyone to think they are all handwritten letters delivered by USPS stored in a large canvas bag..
