His breakaway speed is noticeably slower but his burst through a hole is solid and that's what I'm more interested in at this point of his recovery. I'd rather he consistently rumble for 5-10 yards than worry about him going to the house. Both him and Edwards will be much stronger next year if they don't reinjure themselves. Stanley too.
His burst and his lateral agility looked to be 100% back. The long speed will follow. He looked like he was laboring a bit after 30 yards. Those muscles haven't been opened up in over a year though, so it would make sense.
JKD and Edwards remaining healthy could make a huge difference.
