The offense did not play with a lot of energy, yesterday.  Robinson brought it, and Hill had some moments, but, the rest need to pick up the pace next week.

The defense on the other hand, played terrific.  The defensive line is really developing.  The front 7 just shut down the Panthers run game.

Patrick Queen, was all over the place.  IMO, he had a great game.  JPP, Campbell, Peters, Humphrey and others were all good.  Hamilton was a standout until he got hurt.  That kid is going to be a star, and the numbers are pointing out that he already is.  I have not watched the replay, does anyone know what the injury was?

I think Travis Jones is rounding into shape too and becoming a force up front against the run.  Not sure how many snaps he's getting but he's graded out pretty well so far.

They said it was his knee. We haven't heard yet exactly what the injury is but the good news is that he was listed as questionable to return yesterday. Hopefully we get good news and him and Stanley today.

I sit across the field from the Ravens bench and I did not see Hamilton leave, but I did see Stanley go down the steps to the locker room.  He was limping a bit, but he was walking on his own.  Hamilton when he got up was holding the back of his leg.

They are both such good players.I am hoping for good news.

Harbaugh indicated today that both were trending in a good way. Stanley still needed an MRI. But Hamilton's x-rays came back very positive, and his knee was stable, and had no structural damage. That's a good sign. Best case for Hamilton is a minor sprain, and he's back in a few weeks. Stanley is probably more of a 4 to 6 week thing.

I saw that but I really don't put a lot of faith, in the Ravens injury information.

I hope Stanley is not that long.

That's fair. I remember Perriman only had a minor injury for 18 months.

It felt like this game was Hamilton's coming out party. He was all over the field before he went down.

That kid is going to be good.

This was weather built for defensive struggle. Add in the fact that it was the Panthers and I’m not shocked the defense looked amazing.

There is baseball, and occasionally there are other things of note

"Now OPS sucks.  Got it."

"Making his own olive brine is peak Mackus."

"I'm too hungover to watch a loss." - McNulty

I was still heading to my seats during the Ravens first drive but saw some of the plays on the jumbotron and it looked like there were a few dropped passes on that drive. Seemed like it never got much better offensively either.

Thank God it was the Panthers.

I never had friends later on like the ones I had when I was twelve. Jesus, does anyone?
