A few ballpark experience notes:

The Mountain intro is fantastic! I really hope he remains a dominant closer for years to come for obvious reasons, but also to keep the intro going!

I really hate that 'Country Boy' is the 7th inning stretch song.

The Birdland membership program is quite rewarding. Very happy with it.

Oh, and it's great to get dap/hugs from former students that work at the park!

Great. But not instead. They can easily afford two elite players. Both could be starting pitchers or one starter and one position player. If the latter, then that position player could be SS, but 1B, corner OF, and 2B are also options.

Going back to this, I think I'm very much for getting two elite players and then going with what we have. So youth and competition throughout the roster with an ace and a star position player (I lean 1B/ corner OF) added.

Yeah, not sure what the IL trip did for him, but he's a different pitcher since coming off.  That's 11 starts, so not exactly a "flash".  Maybe a "streak" though

 

At this point I think he and Kremer both have to be considered as having a leg up in the 2023 rotation piece.  Rodriguez should be there...probably T. Wells.  And then of course, need to hopefully add a solid piece or 3.

Not like this though.  I like listening to Palmer because he shoots it straight, and it is clear Palmer is very impressed by Bradish.  Last night was John Means no hitter good.  Totally dominant.
