Just a pathetic 2-0 swing by Santander. Pathetic. THis is why the guy pisses me off

He is the only guy providing any run production. If that pisses you off then I don't know what to say......lol

It’s demoralizing right now but if they find some way to split this it’s a wash and they are still in the mix. If they win just one of these two it’s ground that can be made up if they play as hot as they have. If they lose both you might as well let Hall start 4 games before the season ends to get comfortable. Making up 6.5 games (might as well be 7) in 4 weeks isn’t happening.

Like I said, Toronto is the better team right now and it looks like they're getting hot for the stretch run. The Orioles were making good contact early in the second game but just didn't find any holes. Hopefully, they'll be able to put it behind them and get the next two.

Yeah Santander is probably like 13th on the list of position players to be angry with right now. He has a 918 OPS the second half. The team is 715.

Offense has been bad these last few weeks and when we don't get elite level pitching it's nearly impossible to win games.

Orioles are in a tough spot after dropping the doubleheader yesterday. They are 5 games back in the loss column (with two teams in front of them tied) with 18 games left to play. I think today's game is as close as we have been to a "must win" game all year. I expect this team to rise up to the challenge.

Outside of maybe Odor, Mountcastle, Hays and Lyles this team is not made up of guys who have played full 162 game seasons before. Fatigue could be setting in for them and it seems like it has happened to the offense for sure.

Me and math. LOL

Thanks, perhaps not as "must win" as i stated earlier.

Still, it would be nice to stop the bleeding.

It’s basically must win still. Outside of a crazy run pretty soon after, and a good bit of help.

Yesterday was just brutal but at the same time, just grateful to care again. Which I didn’t think would come until next season at the earliest.

Yesterday was one of those what could go wrong went wrong days.  I have been worried about this series for a few weeks.  Truthfully Toronto is better than the Orioles, and they are motivated to distance themselves from us right now.

The 22 Orioles have been a blast to watch.  I look forward to the last 27 games of the year.  If they struggle down the stretch, it is still a good season.

My gut, is they fight back and finish the year well.

I only had this series as 2-2 so I'm not giving up. Lyles not being able to go put them in really bad shape yesterday. Their backs are against the wall a little bit but if they win the next 2 they are right back on schedule as far as I'm concerned.
