Mountcastle is becoming an almost automatic out of late. His biggest problem seems to be expanding the strike zone. In June, his chase rate was rate was 35.5 percent; in July, that spiked to 48.8 percent. I'm sure he'll get hot again, but once all is said and done, will his overall numbers justify someone who goes through so many ups and downs to get there?
