Pitcher.  4th year senior from Auburn.

 

NR in top-250 by MLB.  Don't know how far past that he would have fallen but this may be a $10k type bonus that's meant to generate some flexibility for other picks.  #294 by prospectslive.com, which was just the top google result when I looked for rankings that went deeper than MLBs.

 

$426k slot so I'm guessing he'll be a good bit below that.  Maybe almost all of the way below.

Trace Bright is a really interesting get for the @orioles in the fifth round. Bright was 92-94 mph when I saw him opening weekend at Globe Life. He was up to 96-97 in the 6th inning at the College World Series. His best days are ahead of him, IMO. @AuburnBaseball
