Don't see a lot of three true outcome guys with that much speed.

 

38% K-rate at AA would be disqualifying, but he was about 25% before the promotion.  While still high, it might be manageable if he can get back to that level.  Assume he'll repeat AA to begin 2024, he's gotta knock the Ks down substantially or he'll stagnate.

Worst case 4th outfielder with his plus centerfield defense, arm, speed, and power. If the hit tool comes together, watch out.

If he striking out nearly 40% of the time at Bowie, then worst case is less than a Major Leaguer. Gotta get that fixed to get back on an MLB trajectory, IMO. Given his past performances I'm sure it's possible.

Ok, I shouldn't have said worst case haha. But given this player development team that is what I think should be close to his floor. If he can get the strikeout rate < 30% he will be very, very good.

I mean the profile is that of a 4th OFer or AAAA guy. The speed and defensive chops are what will give him a real chance to make the show. I just dont believe hes got the contact skills to be a regular
