I mean, I guess? The clubs do not care, at all. So it’s hard for me to. I’d rather watch them care on TV then go through the motions live. This is all part of the game though, they do it for a reason, but to me it feels mostly like a money grab. I’m not sure how mediocre to bad effortless soccer helps grow the game.

They are glorified scimmages. But they do tend to give some younger players some live competition and a chance to show their stuff. The "teams" overall may not care a lot but to these fringe players they mean a LOT. Its a chance to show something more than just in training.

Could you even tell the difference if the scum tried or not?

2-0 Arsenal at the half. Everton has been too slow getting the ball up field and their chances have been few and far between

Looked fine to me, then again Everton had almost nothing offensively while he was in there so it's hard to say since he didn't have much to do

Went with my boy, had a great time. Packed like sardines in the light rail both ways. I really need to get more comfortable with driving in the city haha.
My boy loved the atmosphere. Told him England was 10 times that. Gotta figure out a way to get him there someday.

Glenn save our pennies and take him to the WC in 2026. THAT is going to be insane fun.
