One player doesn't justify this ranking. The line has been bad, at best at protecting Flacco and opening holes for Rice. That's what my eyes tell me.

Flacco is tied for 5th with the most times sacked this year with 18. We are 14th in the league in rushing yards, but as we know, that's more scheme than run block ineffectiveness. The Ravens 4.7 yards per carry is 5th best in the NFL.
So what I see, and what the #'s suggest, is the line is pretty poor with pass blocking, but pretty good at run blocking.
So 11th, or 2nd tier, sounds about right to me.
