Disappointing outing from Bradish considering the score. Come on man.

I never had friends later on like the ones I had when I was twelve. Jesus, does anyone?

He is becoming the mast of the 4.2 innings pitched.  He could have had 2 wins if he could get one more guy out.

You must be a Paul Heyman guy.

Yea, that is where I got that.    Adley let me down though, so it was not a spoiler. :-P

Another weak ground from Adley. It’s getting real right now. Again not worried but I’m dying to see him get going.

He is being way to defensive at the plate.  I sat next to a few Cub fans last night. (Good Guys).  Their take, was where is the bat speed?  I thought it was a fair question because IMO, he is slowing the bat to make contact, and avoid the strike outs.  Even his hit last night, was off of weak contact.  Let it fly Adley.

On the positive side, how good is Austin Hays?  I sat it section 66 last night, and got a close look at Hays.  He is super smooth in left field, and that bomb he hit, was monstrous.  In addition, he impressively out ran the throw, on the play at the plate.  It is close because Mancini is playing very well, but right now Austin Hays is our best player..

I actually like that Hyde pulled him there. Has to learn to pitch to the scoreboard. UNecessary walks cost him the W tonight..

And the game before.  Kyle 4.2 Bradish.

Adley has some of the best exit velos in our minors. The bat speed is no problem at all. He just has to settle in

Agreed. Haven’t looked since, but heading into this week he had a lower % of weak contact than Mancini and Mountcastle.

Just a mental hurdle he’s going to have to get past. Can imagine everything is probably moving very quickly for the man right now. Particularly as a catcher.

Also, are the analytics which are available in the minors these days leading to MLB teams having “books” on a lot of guys before they even get up? Just interesting to see so many dreadfully slow starts of late, when in recent history the game has had quite a few top prospects look solid to good right out of the gate.
