Man, Rich Hill started the game against Boston (and John Smoltz!) 13 years ago when the O’s scored 10 unanswered runs to win after being down 10-1. I thought he’d be out of baseball in like a year, would never have expected to be facing him against Boston in 2022. Baseball is funny.

How about starting for the Orioles in 2009? 57 innings and a 7.80 ERA. Good times.

Hyde going with the RHed bats tonight...not sure that's necessary unless you just want to work guys. Better splits vs LHers this year, but not significant in his career.
