For me it really does depend on how good his offense is in regards to how much he catches. He has the arm and he is supposedly a good-great framer. I value great defensive C a good bit and likely will prefer him catching 110+ games a year in his prime.
120 catching, 20ish DH/1B, and the rest days off is about what I had in mind for the future. A handful of guys a year catch more than 120, but I think that combined with a good bit of non-catching games is a decent pace.
Wieters was an incredibly durable guy and he got to about 135 at most. I'd aim for less than that for Adley, though if he can handle more and we need it for a stretch run or something, do what you gotta do.
