Love the last pick. Voorhees tore his ACL at the combine. If he were healthy, he would have been a 3rd or 4th round pick.

6 year starter, upper 80's PFF grade the last 2 years.

Could be a steal that late.

I've seen a lot of people say day 2. Tore his ACL at the combine and still did 38 reps on the bench with one leg, which is apparently like 99th percentile.

I'd definitely rather have a flier on him than whatever is available in the 6th next year.

Did we move up to get him?

We had no 7th (previously gave 2023 7th+2022 5th+Bredeson for 2022 4th). Gave next year's 6th for this pick.

Does seem like a guy that will be in the backup G mix in '24. Maybe even the starting G mix if things go real well for him. Not really a project like a lot of these guys are.

He's a back-up at worst as a rookie without the injury. Took a 7th round flier on a red shirt season. Although, apparently his doctor sent out letters to all 32 teams stating that his injury was fixed, and he was currently under his care and rehabilitation process, and at this point in his rehab, it was possible for him to be ready before the regular season.

Could be a IR to return candidate. But I feel like they'll treat this as a true redshirt season.

Im assuming he redshirts this year. I mean he should. You assure you keep him on the roster and when he is 100% or close to 100% in '24 he fights for whatever spots are available.

Unfortunately, they're not terribly deep on the offensive line. 4 of your 5 starters are above average to elite, when healthy. Cleveland is an unknown. He has the size and talent. And being in between Linderbaum and Stanley should certainly help him a lot. But he's been extremely injury prone in his career. We do have Mekari who is a plug and play at every position along the line. And Faalele hopefully improves for coverage at both tackle spots if needed. But on the interior, behind Mekari, I'm not sure what we have... Simpson?

Voorhees could certainly offer a lot on a late season return.

Yeah if we had another year of Powers I'd be thrilled with the line, as it is G is a bit rough. Not really sure what to expect of Cleveland. He could certainly pull a Powers. Or he could pull a Phillips. I know very little about Simpson, he did start for a full year in 2021. Seems like they prefer Mekari as an everywhere backup. Can't really rely on the 6th rounder year 1. They need a backup C too unless they have Mekari covering that. Linderbaum played all the snaps last year but you need someone you can trust in a pinch, don't know if they see Mekari as a C anymore.

Yes, a serviceable back for Linderbaum is needed.  If Tyler goes down the Ravens are in trouble.

Mekari can spot start if Linderbaum goes down. Not ideal, but he is a capable center.

Phillips has never looked good whereas Cleveland has when given the opportunity. If he's in shape I'm bullish on Big Ben.

Yeah, he has it in him I think. Hopefully he shows up "in the best shape of his life" and doesn't miss time failing the conditioning test again.

I'm still high on Cleveland. Has all the tools to be outstanding.
