How's there only one more episode left in season two? I need more. This build up has been so epic. How do I now like Harmony Cobel?

I think E8 got mixed reviews cuz it forced us to appreciate Miss Cobel on a human level.

What's Devin's play here? Where's Reghabi?

Gemma!  :???:

As someone who didn't love it: it was good to give Cobel more context but from a pacing perspective it felt odd to decide she needed a standalone episode. All the scenes in that episode were fine, I just think they could've told us all that information across 2-3 episodes

IMO there weren't enough characters to develop in the town that Lumon left for dead. Otherwise they would've done it differently.

Also, E7 was arguably the greatest TV episode of the 21st century. Easily top 10. There was always going to be a drop-off.

I've come to accept that this season was about world building not conclusions. Not enough time left to do anything besides finish on a giant cliffhanger.

A lot just happened.  Very different finale from season 1.

Well, except for Dylan's last words to Milchick. *[bleep] you, Mr. Milchick!"

Strong disagree, I'm team innie Mark. Outtie Mark was being manipulative and is willing to murder innie Mark for the sake of a relationship HE messed up and was a jerk to Gemma many times.

I'm assuming S3 is gonna start with the innies holding themselves hostage inside Lumon or something along those lines to make that decision really hold some weight

And they have a valuable asset with them potentially.

The song ‘The Windmills of your Mind’ (Noel Harrison version) was the absolute perfect song to drop as iMark and Helly ran back into the bowels of Lumon as the credits rolled. That’s the song featured similarly in the 1968 film, The Thomas Crown Affair (Steve McQueen, Faye Dunaway).

…Like a tunnel that you follow

To a tunnel of it's own
Down a hollow to a cavern
Where the sun has never shone
Like a door that keeps revolving
In a half forgotten dream
Or the ripples from a pebble
Someone tosses in a stream.

Like a clock whose hands are sweeping
Past the minutes on it's face
And the world is like an apple
Whirling silently in space
Like the circles that you find
In the windmills of your mind…

Not sorry. Helly is not on the good side of things unless she has an awakening like Ms. Cobel.

About 4 episodes in.  Loving it.  But without spoilers, does this show seem to have a direction through the first 2 seasons, or is it just another Lost where they seem to make it up as they go?
