And handed Herm another of many, many losses.
But hey, congrats Bacon! Doesn’t look like it’s taken Sean Miller much time at all to get you guys back on the map.

I thought the hire would be a slam dunk hire and it only took half a year to confirm my beliefs. We're back.
Didn't expect a win but it was awesome to see. Only three losses (to Duke, Gonzaga, Indiana) by a combined 13 points. The win yesterday really sets them up to compete for a Big East title with the 4-0 start.

Xavier is a very good, veteran team with a lot of length. That is a S16 / F8 team. Bank that. (o;

Seeing on Twitter that Texas has fired Chris Beard.
Have not followed this at all since the news broke, but UT released Beard's termination letter and it certainly contains a couple direct, pointed comments as to why he was canned.

Indiana is back. Ugh. Look totally legit.
Yeah, Zack - look how well this take has aged.
They look awful beyond TJD. They're obviously not 100% healthy right now, so we'll see, but they once again look like a middling Big Ten team.

Not many better stories in all of College Basketball right now than Marquis Nowell, Keyontae Johnson, Jerome Tang and Kansas State. The Wildcats have only lost once after being projected to finish in last place prior to the start of the season. Johnson's story is incredible, considering he collapsed on the court for Florida only two seasons ago and no one was sure if he still had the ability to play at an elite level. Kansas State already has road wins over Baylor and Texas and look like a sure fire NCAA Tournament team.

Duke getting destroyed at NC State. Ya love to see it.
What exactly is Duke's identity at this point? Feel like they don't have any and they should be playing through Fillipowski
