"Fastest growing sport in America" right? At least that's the line I hear all the time.
Saw a ton of old(er) folks playing it down in Florida last week. They even had a Pickleball court sign-up, and a tournament scheduled for the day we were leaving.
Think it needs a better name though.

It's been around for a long time in Florida. I played it in the late 90s with my grandparents after they moved to a 55+ community down there.

Yeah it's been really blowing up around here. We stumbled on a late afternoon league at Benfield in Millersville one day while the girls were getting Lax lessons, then it started popping up at our pool. Now it's getting big enough that half of the tennis courts are getting redone as permanent Pickleball courts.

In my Annapolis chapter of Pacesetters, 1/2 the group regularly plays together.
