I can't take Seattle seriously with Geno Smith under center.

Geno has balled out this year and is why they’re in the picture. He’s 4th in the NFL in QBR and 2nd in passer rating. He’s been terrific. Add the emergence of Kenneth Walker III to the mix there, and they have got a legitimate, sustainable offense IMO.

Maybe he'll keep it up, maybe he won't. If I were a betting man I'd bet on him to revert closer to his career average. Maybe he'll just have one of those career years, though.

Thats fair. I agree the NFC seems weak. Philly, Dal, SF better IMO. Can make a case for Sea and NY. I guess the disrespect from me would be saying that despite likely having a 1st round home game I dont think they should be be favored over whoever they get in the playoffs

I think NYG is extremely questionable as far as being better. Like they're kinda a worse version of the Vikings imo in a team that's record is better than they are.

SF I can buy although I feel like that's partially thinking of what they could/ should be compared to what they've actually been so far.

Seattle has a solid case imo.

NFL is so predictable. Give Mahomes a minute 45 to march downfield and he does it with ease.

All the routes on the go ahead TD to Kelce with 31 seconds left were designed to at least in part clear out some open space for Kelce to catch the ball with room. Andy Reid.

The Eagles rushed for 364 yards thus far tonight against Green Bay. They haven't rushed for that many since their championship season of 1948, when Hall of Famer Steve Van Buren led the league in carries, rushing yards, touchdowns and total yards from scrimmage.

Didn’t want to derail the Ravens game thread where it came up, but that Sean Taylor memorial is atrocious. I think the level of stupidity is a way to mask what’s really happening there. A way for Danny to prop up the “R” word and the old logo again.

I’m not saying they need to erase it off everything that precedes it. But new “statues” or “memorials” can easily avoid this if they care to try. An actual statue with no helmet on for example, leaving the old name off the front of the jersey.

By virtue of their 28-19 comeback win over the Bears today, the Packers are now the NFL's all-time winningest franchise. This marks the first time in the league's 101-year history that the Bears don't hold that distinction.

Even 101-year-old leads aren't safe in today's NFL.
