Texas/TCU has turned into a full-fledged defensive battle, just as we all expected lol

Tragic situation still unfolding at UVA, where a former football player opened fire on the team last night as they returned from their game against Pitt. He killed three people, including at least two current players, and is still at large.

UVA president Jim Ryan confirms that football players Devin Chandler, Lavel Davis Jr. and D'Sean Perry were all killed. Said the shooting last night occurred on a bus full of students returning from a field trip.

Well boy howdy!  ESPN College Game Day is going to be in my hometown for the Brawl of the Wild between Montana State (my alma mater) and the University of Montana. Way cool and have some family members that still live in Bozeman and will hit the show.

Corum hurt for Michigan.

They are down 4 with 6 minutes left, but driving.

Here we go, TCU needs a season-saving drive right here. With Michigan still losing, they have a real opportunity to solidify their playoff position.

TCU pulls it off despite rushing their FG team on with 10 seconds to go and no timeouts! Their undefeated season lives on.

Michigan settles for 3 after missing two wide open passes.  They are within 1, but just 3+ minutes left.

Nearly identical situation for Michigan here as it was for TCU. 2 minutes left, no timeouts, FG wins the game, undefeated season on the line.

With the way Tennessee is looking early, seems like every Top 5 team is going to have some trouble today.

Gamecocks currently have a 85% chance to win this game against Tennessee.

Spencer Rattler has 249 yards passing with 4 TD’s and 14 rushing yards. Not a good look, Tennessee D. Good lord. Not even halftime yet.

Tennessee has the offense to pull this off - but can they solve Rattler? (Not something I thought I’d ever ask)

Down to 63.6% after the Tennessee TD with 12 seconds remaining before half.

This is going to be a very interesting one to watch down the stretch.

Tennessee in the CFP was becoming a high volume futures bet banking one of the teams ahead of them would slip and they would possibly win out. Lot of bettors watching this one for sure.
