Pernell McPhee to the IR.
Joe Thomas elevated for tomorrow’s game.
In a bigger development, McSorley is also elevated,
Cleveland and McKenzie added to the 53.
- Mike in STL and makoman like this

Glad Cleveland is back. Sucks that Hollywood is out. Given Watkins' bad week last week maybe Bateman will be the de facto #1, will be interesting to see that.
Yeah, McSorley elevated is very concerning. Surprising since just yesterday Lamar pretty much said he was good. Maybe he went backwards over night.
At this point I'm not going to complain about an ugly win. Just survive and move on. Hard to believe how much the injury list expanded this week with 10 days off, but that's the 2021 Ravens.

By god. So many roster changes.
Scared that McSorley is promoted.
Hollywood, Out, mean Watkins haas to play a role.
Carpenter was cut from the PS. By my count, Ealy comes off suspension following this weeks game which means there will then still be two open spots on the PS.
55 now on the roster with the two promotions. 3 out takes you to 52. 4 others will be inactive. If Boyle return, Oliver is likely to sit. Abundance of OL returning means one of Cleveland, Mekari, perhaps Ogbuehi sits.
If Jackson plays, will they dress three QBs? Does Huntley sit for the promoted McSorley, or does McSorley sit and it's a wasted promotion?
There are six other guys with questionable tags we haven't even mentioned yet.

If Lamar doesn't go, I think it's another loss.

I mean, this is how you should feel about any game if an elite QB sits out.
We just saw last week how starting Mason Rudolph worked for Pitt.
Was anyone surprised that Jordan Love did nothing?
The world was shocked that Cooper Rush won a game.
What if TB started Blaine Gabbert (I was surprised he's still in the league).
What if Trubisky started for Buf?
Colt McCoy has not looked good for Arizona, although his stats have been ok.
Does anyone think Chad Henne could adequately replace Mahomes?
Anytime these guys are out you should expect a loss. If it doesn't happen that's a huge bonus.

Just heard on WBAL sports(TV) that Lamar did in fact have a setback with whatever illness he was experiencing this week. I'm surprised that no one in the press has tried to connect the dots back to him having COVID twice. Reoccurring symptoms over many weeks or months is not that unusual, even for individuals who didn't become sick initially. Kind of hard to prove but it would explain him getting sick several times during the season.

You think it's long haul COVID? That wouldn't explain the fact that some other guys were out at various times this week with "non-COVID illness" too.
To me, it doesn't really matter what it is. He's vaccinated. Just hope he's OK, and the other guys too.

Yeah, that's true but it does make you wonder. He's vaccinated? When was that confirmed?

Dont think it was confirmed from the team or him. Just sources who said he received it.

We don't know definitively if he's vaxxed or not, but if he's not the league will probably be very interested in every illness. And we haven't heard that yet. And he's not talking with masks on all the time, which is supposed to be a thing, even though it seems to be ignored a lot. There is no indication he's following protocols, so hopefully he doesn't have to. Whatever one thinks of the rules, you should want your players to follow them.
He has a young kid. I was never sick either until I had kids, then when I had them suddenly I was sick all the time. Little kids are just breeding grounds for illness, so maybe that's it, having a kid has exposed him to sickenesses. I wouldn't be surprised if that's the entire simple explanation, not that we could really know anything for sure.

Ive kinda wondered if there is more to the story with this illness stuff. Its just so generic and feels cryptic. I wont speculate nor would I know where to begin any speculation so here is to hoping hes well first and foremost and secondly can play tommorow.
Yeah, they never get into specifics with his illnesses and for the most part, don't last more than a day or two but like you said, it does make you wonder if they're keeping certain aspects of it hush-hush. Or maybe he's been feeling lousy for a lot of the season and just fights it off. Residual symptoms from COVID occur in about 40% of those that tested positive or got sick. It's not that unusual. If he is experiencing the after effects, I doubt it would ever be addressed unless Lamar decided to talk about it. That's very unlikely.

She's really cute. I'm never on Twitter so that would explain my ignorance.

I know! it was definitely not widespread or popular or anything, seemed pretty rare and unusual that anybody knew anything, not a surprise at all that fans don't know. She's quite a cutie, and good for him.
If anything, I'm shocked that an NFL MVP candidate can hide that much.

Short of posting a video of himself getting the shot, we can play a guessing game with anyone in the league. Call me naive. But he was asked why he got it, gave an answer, I buy it.
