Sounds like the Ravens might be having some COVID issues this week.

Ferguson tested positive.

Unless, the Covid issues are bigger than expected, the Ravens win this game by 10 or more.

Ferguson tested positive.
Hopefully that's all it is - they also have to trace close contacts with unvaccinated platers.

They were at 90% vaxxed when the roster was at 90, I haven't heard anything since. So 9 were unvaccinated. One of those was Gus. One of those was Lamar, who we don't know anything for sure about but hopefully the rumor is true that he was. Perhaps some of the other 7 are no longer among the 53. It seems like the damage should be pretty limited, but you never know. And if any damage is concentrated in a single position group it could have a big effect.

Brandon Williams, Madibuke, Houston, Ferguson all close contacts I guess?

Here are the rules:
https://operations.n...ing-principles/
For Ferguson (player testing positive): If he is vaccinated and asymptomatic he can return as soon as he has two negative tests 24 hours apart. So if he tested positive yesterday, he could test negative today and Saturday and play Sunday. Or test negative Sat AM and Sun AM and play Sun PM. If he is unvaccinated, he enters a 10-day quarantine period and can return after those 10 days if asymptomatic.
For any close contacts: If they are vaccinated, nothing happens. They can play today. If they are unvaccinated, they enter a 5 day quarantine and can return after those 5 days if asymptomatic.

Article at Ravens.com says Williams, Madubuike, Houston, and Ferguson will not be available to play.

Hays was back at practice today, so that helps. Gonna be thin up front though.

They might get shredded by DeAndre Swift. He's dangerous.
Lions O-line is pretty good as well with Sewell, Jackson, Ragnow and Vaitai. Definitely stinks of a trap game.

I think it's pretty obvious now how the Lions will attack the Ravens on Sunday- run the ball and a lot. They're a terrible team but they do have a decent OL.

Still. That makes 6 known unvaccinated players. There were 9 when 90 guys were in camp. What are the odds the other 3 are still on the 53-man roster?
Pretty disappointing. Let me guess? They want to read up on it more? Love to peek at their internet history. See how much, and from where they are reading up on it.

Love to peek at their internet history.
You’d be surprised at the vaccine research they have on Brazzers.

Ferguson knocking all these guys out as close contacts is like the 10 cent lug nut breaking, causing a wreck to a million dollar race car.
I'm fairly surprised they kept any end-of-roster guys who aren't vaccinated. That's a new thing to consider, but probably should've gotten more weight than it seemingly did.
But again, the close contacts must be unvaccinated as well, since if they were vaccinated there wouldn't be a need to quarantine for 5 days and definitely be out for Sunday. If they are vaccinated, even if they tested positive with a breakthrough case on Thursday or early Friday morning they'd still have a chance to play on Sunday.
