That was a terrific play from the Heisman winner. Not too many QB’s in any league that could’ve made that play.

They fail on the 2PA and the Tide lead by 5.

Holy cow, what a throw and catch by Bennett and Mitchell.

Bennett gets his revenge on Mike Lowe with a beautiful TD to Mitchell, who made an amazing contested grab. Georgia back on top.

The two heavyweights throwing their best punches late. This is awesome.

Georgia’s offensive line is exerting their will on Alabama right now.

Georgia scores a TD on 3rd and 1 on a bail out pass on a heavy blitz from Alabama who was playing the run. Alabama roughs Bennett, and the TD stands.

Georgia up 8. That was such a clutch drive. Took 3:37 off the clock, and got a TD.

I had Alabama +3, but that was a hell of a game by Georgia. Tide losing Williams in the first quarter, and already being without Metchie, was huge.

Aside from the fumble, Bennett really played great tonight. Impressive, honestly didn’t see that coming, and I thought Georgia had a great chance to win, but didn’t think he’d make the plays he did.

Sure. But Alabama probably has like 28 future NFL HOF’ers on that roster. I don’t feel bad for them.

Bad year for monkeys, Harbaugh and Kirby both finally got theirs off their backs.

It must have been one hell of a half time speech. That, and he obviously did a great job motivating them for this rematch. Just exerted their will in the second half. Alabama’s DLine just got pushed around.

The injuries at CB and WR definitely hurt Alabama tonight, but I’m certainly not shedding any tears for them. Georgia’s ability to run the ball in the 2nd Half was a difference maker I think some will overlook. And I guess all those conditioning drills Georgia’s defense did paid off, because they brought the wood in the 4th Qtr.

Misc Saban Stat: Tonight was only the 7th time since 2008 Alabama was an underdog. Of those, it’s only the 2nd time they lost.
