Rangel did very well in 3 inning starts. I suspect he starts back in extended spring next year, starts in the FCL, and hits Delmarva much like Pinto did this year, though Pinto hadn't pitched at all in 2019.

You’re probably right but I would love to see him start in the Delmarva rotation.
