I don't think I was in the no chance group, but I'd have pegged them at about a 1-in-3 chance of winning before the game which is pretty damn low for an NFL game, especially so for a home game for a good team.

I was pretty much in the no chance group after that performance against the Raiders. I guess it makes a difference when Villanueva(sp) isn't at RT getting beat every play.

If I gave up I wouldn't still have watched, or still be here, dummy.

I have to admit when it was 35-24 with somewhere near 4 minutes left in the 3rd Q, I thought about your 50 point prediction.  I still am shocked we shut them out the last 19 minutes.

Just 2 weeks in, who would be ahead of Oweh for DROY? What a start for the "raw" one.

I'm very impressed with Ty'Son Williams.

I know it's way too early to start thinking about next year, but I wonder how they'll balance Dobbins and Gus with him next year. He's very good.

He's replacement level, nothing to adapt anyone's plans for. Missed a couple of big holes on bad reads as well last night.

Williams is fine, but I'm more intrigued with Murray going forward. Whenever he's been given playing time he's always produced.

I never had friends later on like the ones I had when I was twelve. Jesus, does anyone?

If you asked me objectively if the Ravens are a better team than the Chiefs, especially with the current injury situation, the answer is no. But I sure did not rule out a Ravens' win. To me one of the most fascinating aspects of sports is the intangible, and the better team does not always win. Even when you spot them a TD on your first offensive series. Intangibles (not to mention luck, karma, and the force being with you) include: home team advantage, ref calls, and how and which guys are totally focused and vibing at their very best, hungry and hyped.

Week 1 the Raiders were at home in their new stadium in prime time, and came out loose and swinging; the favored Ravens were swimming upstream. Last night was just the opposite, and the underdog Ravens played balls to the wall in their house. Special guys excel in big moments and make things happen. I credit Lamar Jackson for playing like superman, Harbaugh for riding him, and Odafe Oweh for that fumble that was an inspired work of art. Sometimes a team is far more than the sum of its parts.

Meh, looks good north south between the tackles, good power but man is he slow

Considering his overall lack of experience, missing a few holes doesn't strike me as a huge problem. He reminds of Gus his first year.

Murray looks slow to me, not Williams.

I swear that looked like the 2019. Ravens last night. That's the playbook they should be running every week.

Yes it did with the line working well . Teams will also not be able to load up the box when we only had Brown & Andrews. Now with Watkins and once Bateman gets into the line up its going to be something.

A constant in my lifetime... the Ravens show up when their backs are against the wall. What a performance.

Like him or not Harbaugh teams fight

I went back and read the game thread.  It was a bigger roller coaster than the game.  :-P

Great emotion guys!  It was a fun read.

This is pretty cool and kind of captured the excitement of the crowd.   All night long.
