If it's just a projection of the currently most talented, I could argue him being higher.
But given the injury (and even if he was healthy, his wanting to limit the games he plays)... yeah, I think you are right and he should be lower.

Yeah, some context to that list would be important. I just read it as who projects as the best players for this coming season, and with Kawhi missing about 3/4 of the regular season (and that might be best case) I would not put him on any Top 15 lists.
