26 year old RHP, 3rd round pick by the Boston Red Sox. Was traded to the Giants, then to the Twins, then claimed by the Rangers.
5.48 ERA in 50 MLB games, 3.72 ERA in 66 MiLB games.

Ugh, I forgot that.
The total disregard in the off season in building a pitching staff, that could at least navigate this season, is hurting the development of some of these kids.

That I can definitely agree with.
