O's are at the 85% vaccination threshold.
That is good for the team. Life on the road is tough, but it is made better by being able to leave the room for meals, etc.
I actually look at professional sports as evidence that the vaccines are working.

Taijuan Walker was a guy I wanted to see the Orioles pursue this off season. I think he is a guy who would have been a real building block for a young team. He has been very good, so far.

Hays robbed by Pillar on a rocket to left center and Mancini hits one the other way for a 2 out double.

The Met fans gave Harvey a nice ovation and welcome back. He has to be fired up for this game.

Ben says Harvey "wasn't a bad hitter in his time"....then says .107 BA.
National league baseball and the pitcher hitting...Ugh.

The Orioles strand 2 in the second....as Sisco and Harvey go down with runners on first and second.

Alonso with a lead off double. Hays just missed nailing him at 2nd.

2-0 Mets as Pillar drills a triple off the left center wall.
Now 3-0 Mets.. Harvey is pitching BP in his return to NY.

Conforto robs Hays with a diving catch.
Hays has crushed 2 balls, nothing to show for it.

4-0 Mets in the third.
With our offense, it is time for me to go back to work.

Harvey thinks he’s still a Met?
The last few starts he has not had much. He seems to do better when he is on long rest, either that or he is just not very good.

The Mets up 6-0 in the 5th. Harvey is done, and now Armstrong is in, and making it worse.

The Orioles lose 7-1, only getting 5 hits.
Losers of 5 of 6. Look out below, the Orioles are heading your way.

The Orioles are probably the only team that wanted to give him a shot. He doesn't have much left in the tank, that's for sure. Kind of sad when you think how dominant he was at one time.
