Assuming the draft picks sign, the Ravens currently have 34 players on offense, 33 on defense, 4 on special teams. Some kinda balance.

If they make their last pick (Rd. 6, #196) they'll be in line to sign 18 UDFAs to get to 90.

One pick left. I am fine with the lack of receivers. They will sign a vet who is better than anyone they can draft and develop from the late rounds. I am a little concern with no running backs taken. Our current backs need to come back strong.

Get ready for the league's first 4 TE offense.

So if Stanley can't play I suppose we'll see this as the base offensive alignment:

WR     LG  C  RG  RT  RT  RT  RT  TE

                 QB

                         RB

Nah two of those RTs should be TEs

Guess it depends on who they keep and cut, but as of right now they have 4 RTs (Moses, Mekari, James, Faalele) and none of them can really slide to the left if Stanley can't go.

No I know. More a joke on the tons of TEs they now have.

I think Moses played like a game worth of snaps at LT a couple years ago. Him or Mekari would not be ideal. Seems like Faalele might be developmental and not play much at all this year. I might have preferred someone who could at least maybe play LT like Rasheed Walker but Faalele is well thought of too.

Myles Garrett, Trey Hendrickson and TJ Watt are probably salivating right now.

Oh, no doubt on the knowledge, and it does end up being a guessing game, but I think my thought is why are their picks taken so seriously (as in salary/pay for doing so) when they are so seldom right?

It's part of the whole entertainment package.  Remember the NFL Today with Brent, Phyllis, Irv, and Jimmy the Greek?  People loved waiting for Jimmy the Greek to break down the games.  They probably got their bookies on the line 2 seconds after he made his prediction.  Problem is, it doesn't always work out that way.  Remember the Ravens as 12 point favorites over Tennessee?  Remember the Colts as 19 point favorites over the NY Jets?

A lot of the mocks on this draft had Malik Willis going at #6 to Carolina.  Well, they were about 1/2 right.  There was a "6" in his overall draft number.  Problem is it was preceded by an "8".

I think one of the best non-ravens pick moments, was seeing AJ Brown get sent out of our conference. That man was a menace to our secondary.
