After a big win over Minnesota on Sunday night, the Terps will stay at home for two straight games against Nebraska on Tuesday and Wednesday night. Maryland was supposed to host the Cornhuskers last month, but that game was postponed due to COVID-19 issues within Nebraska's program. Fred Hoilberg's squad currently holds a record of 5-12 (1-9), and just picked up their first conference win on Sunday afternoon against Penn State.

KenPom currently ranks Nebraska at #118, while Maryland comes in at #35.

5-1 finish to have a legit shot to dance? 4-2 is 9-11 in conference though we do have numerous quality wins. Still woild probably take a deep conference run. No?

Seem to be right on the bubble as of now. Maybe 4-2 and only two Big 10 wins.

Bottom line is, any path to the tourney, short of winning the BTT, starts with sweeping these two games. Don't care how it looks, but get it done. I'm actually excited about this opportunity, following the completion of the sweep of Minnesota, to finally build a little momentum and hopefully ride that wave to a couple more nice wins down the stretch.

I think the Terps are more on the right side of the bubble then we may give them credit for.  The schedule has been brutal, but they have managed to get their quality wins.I think 4-2 gets them in, although strange happenings in the conference tourneys could hurt them.

I do agree that the next 2 games feel like must wins.

Terps always seem to struggle more than they should with Nebraska. I'm expecting this one to be closer than the 10.5 point closing line, but Maryland should not and cannot lose this game if they want to go dancing in March.

When Aaron Wiggins is aggressive and drives to the hoop, that's Maryland's offense at its best.

I don’t like the standing around early.  Need some energy

I keep waiting for him to drop that 30 game.  It has been a long wait
