Balt Sun: Ravens position review: Help needed on an offensive line that collapsed in playoff loss to Bills
I think fixing the center position goes a long way to fixing the Oline.

I agree 100%. If we're considering ourselves in a 2 or 3 year superbowl window. I say go get Mack.
I agree

I think you can also fix the center issues by improving G significantly. I'd rather, depending on cost go after Thuney or Scherff if either of them ultimately make the open market.
But the SB showed us, generating a rush with 4 helps and having a trash OL really hurts you.
The Chiefs OL last night looked like Baltimores against Buffalo. I kept saying all game, geez, they remind me of the Ravens. The playcalling just never adjusted to poor OL play. So...invest there, IMO.

In my perfect offseason, we move Bozeman to center, and sign both Thuney and Scherff.
Realistically, I think its possible we sign Mack and one of them. But that's only if Decosta views the offensive line as dire as we do.
Unfortunately I think Decosra uses his cap resources to keep as many of his home grown players as possible, vs spending on free agents.
I realize it was only one game and after the debacle at NE, practically anything would have looked good, but is there any chance Colon-Castillo could be the answer at C?

He actually played a second game later in the year, and did well there too, and in both games snapped well. I read they want him to get bigger and stronger, I guess in part to be able to last a full season. Hopefully the off season is closer to normal and he can get his work in.
