Colts (-1.5) at Steelers
MDS’s take: The Steelers may be on the verge of an unprecedented collapse, with an 11-0 start leading to an 11-5 finish. They’ll drop their fourth in a row on Sunday.
MDS’s pick: Colts 24, Steelers 20.
Florio’s take: The Steelers have reached rock bottom. It’s time to start digging out of the hole.
Florio’s pick: Steelers 23, Colts 21.

Titans (+3.5) at Packers
MDS’s take: This is a fascinating matchup of two of the NFL’s best offenses. Logic says to take the Packers, but I just have a hunch that Ryan Tannehill is going to have a very big game as the Titans pull out a tough win.
MDS’s pick: Titans 24, Packers 23.
Florio’s take: The Titans are just a little more desperate, and the Packers are just about due for another one of those “we lacked energy and we’re not sure why” moments.
Florio’s pick: Titans 30, Packers 26.

Bills (-7) at Patriots
MDS’s take: There’s been a changing of the guard in the AFC East, with the Bills winning the division and the Patriots mathematically eliminated from the playoffs. The Bills take this one comfortably.
MDS’s pick: Bills 30, Patriots 20.
Florio’s take: If given the chance to destroy the Patriots, the Bills gladly and happily will.
Florio’s pick: Bills 30, Patriots 20.

Browns (-9.5) at Jets
MDS’s take: Can the Jets make it two in a row? I don’t see it. The Browns win and get a step closer to their first playoff berth since 2002.
MDS’s pick: Browns 24, Jets 10.
Florio’s take: The Browns have mastered the art of handling the teams they should. And they definitely should handle the Jets.
Florio’s take: Browns 24, Jets 9.

Dolphins (-3) at Raiders
MDS’s take: This is a big one in the AFC wild card race, and the Dolphins will put the Raiders away.
MDS’s pick: Dolphins 27, Raiders 20.
Florio’s take: The Raiders could win this one, but it’s hard to have much faith in a team that hasn’t put anything impressive together since nearly completing a sweep of the Chiefs.
Florio’s pick: Dolphins 24, Raiders 17.

Just looked at the Raiders injury report and Carr, Abram, ad Jacobs are all full participants
Carr playing and healthy is good for the Raiders and that goes the same for Abram.

The Ravens injury report is alarming.
Dez, Campbell McPhee, Peters, Phillips, Smith, Welch Sakura and Levine all missed practice.
Ricard among others limited.

The lack of corners is a real concern. The only key player still practicing from the beginning of the year is Marlon and he seemed gimpy last week.

And if the Steelers win this week there will be pressure for Buffalo to play hard the final week.
The Colts are beatable and the Steelers will be looking to snap the streak.
If the Steelers win this week, (assuming the Ravens win), what Buffalo does has no relevance to us.

When I looked at the playoff scenarios Buffalo is now #2. With 2 games to go. If the Steelers lose Buffaloes final game won’t matter since they already have the number 2 provided they win this week,If the Steelers win this week, (assuming the Ravens win), what Buffalo does has no relevance to us.
If they both win this week they will both want to win next week!
We want Buffalo to go full steam next week. That game does matter!

But the point is that if Pitt wins this week, the only relevant games to the Ravens chances are their own. Indy would drop to 5 losses and the Ravens own the tiebreaker. They would control their own destiny. Needing Buffalo to win is only true in the event the other 5 games all do not go the Ravens way, including Indy beating Pitt.

Yeha, I also think the demise of the Steelers is being a little overblown. They didn't make the adjustments they needed going into the cinci game, but I think you seem some of that in overdrive the next two weeks.

People are talking up the whole "why rest people if there is only one BYE angle" but, remember, the higher you're seeded the longer you have to wait to play KC and you'll likely have two playoff home games.
Because of this I expect that Buffalo will go all out in week 17 if they need that W to hold off Pittsburgh or Cleveland.
Also, as bad as the Steelers have been, I can't see them going into the playoffs on a 5 game losing streak.
All that said, I think our best shot is Saturday in Vegas.

Hopefully we will get a Steeler or Raider win this weekend so we don’t have to sweat it out.

The Ravens will continue to take care of business. 23-13.
I think we win by 30 ...Especially if Jones doesn’t play.
