It sounds like the organization is doing some, housecleaning. I had to look to see how he was obtained. Hector Velazquez. I do not even remember him being an Oriole.

Don’t feel bad, he never pitched for the O’s. Padilla has some upside but new draft class into a deep farm system, good problem to have.
