As of now, this game is scheduled to be played but could still be cancelled depending on Maryland's number of positive COVID-19 cases.

Michigan State is currently 1-3 in head coach Mel Tucker's first season at the helm, with their lone win coming against Michigan. They were shutout by Indiana last week, and were blown out by Iowa the week before that.

Man...a month or so ago most of us were hoping Maryland wins 2 games.  Now, the Terps could have a pretty good season!  So far, it looks like Locksely  did not need the "pass" for the season.

Another day of no practice, this game looks increasingly dicey https://twitter.com/...174881083289602

Probably waiting for testing results. If they do go forward, playing Saturday would be tough with so little preparation. Wonder if they could shift it to Sunday?

– In the last seven days, 15 additional players have tested positive. (Eight players tested positive in the previous week.)
– In the same span, seven staff members also tested positive, including head coach Mike Locksley.

The Terp season along with other programs could be over.

They were brilliant in waiting until the spike came to start the season.
"You can't sit on a lead and run a few plays into the line and just kill the clock. You've got to throw the ball over the damn plate and give the other man his chance. That's why baseball is the greatest game of them all." ~ The Earl of Baltimore
