He basically gave up a fly ball.

Basically a 2 pitch guy. Fastball has no movement. High BB rate. The other thing I didn't realize was how poor his numbers were in AA/AAA.

Relievers can be dominant with two pitches and his numbers in the minors were much better once moved to the bullpen.
Not saying Harvey is or will be elite but I do think he can be a valuable weapon for us.

The four seamer has 14% above average vertical movement and 21% above average horizontal movement, the latter of which he's added more than 3 inches of movement to. It's also producing a 31% whiff rate. The fastball has been really good since coming to the big leagues.

I do not see anything close to flat pitches from Harvey. I also do not make any evaluations over a handful of innings
