Rick Porcello...I had forgotten he was in NY.  It looks like his numbers are similar to his production in Boston.  Let's win tonight and get to 6-2 in this New York run we are in.

Who would have thought starting Valaika at 1st base would be refreshing?  How dare they start a utility infielder at 1st base would have been my retort in a normal season with a normal team.  But the dude has been a supersub this season.  And he's so much quicker than Davis and Nunez at 1st base.

Vailaka deserves to be be getting reg playing time right now. As many guys as we have swinging relatively hot bats and considering we are in the playoff hunt I'll be quite upset if Davis gets a start.

Also like how Hyde is willing to move his guys up and down the lineup based on how they are swinging the bat. Stewart and Mullins up into the top 4 tonight. Alberto and Sisco in the bottom 3 tonight but each have been up at or near the top of the lineup at times.
