Nice work, Nick + all.

Will be interesting to see who the O's can add Internationally in the Winter, and impact this list.

Well done.   It feels like this list has been improved greatly the last few years.  There is actually Blue chip talent at the top.  It gives hope for better at the big league level in a few years.

One thought.   I think Harvey probably is a top 10 candidate.

Yeah, if we're counting him as a prospect I think he's Top 10.   Looking forward to seeing him these 60 games.

I just hope he can stay healthy.   The arm is electric....it will play if he can stay on the field.

McKenna continues to be over ranked imo.

I have seen him live two or three times.  He can really go in the outfield. but at the plate he kind of reminds me of Mullins.

I still think they tried to turn McKenna into something he isn't (a 20 HR guy) and it hurt him last year (huge flyball spike). Offense was crap across the board in the Eastern League and McKenna still posted a 10.4% walk rate and a 104 wRC+. I don't think he's a future starting outfielder in Baltimore, but can still provide a lot of value.

If his defense is as good as people think, he has a chance to be a 5th OFer/pinch runner/late inning defensive replacement type guy..with an extra spot on the roster, that position could hold some level of value.

But I think there are several people ranked behind him that I would put ahead of him. He would fall much closer to 30 for me, if he even stays in the top 30.

I did not see him last year, but I saw him once in Frederick and twice in Bowie in 18.  One of the games he made 3 running catches in the gap, that looked like they were heading for the wall.  He also made a great over the shoulder catch in another.

With all the troubles the Orioles had in the outfield the last few years, I remember thinking the kid could start defensively in the majors immediately.

We discussed the Top-30 list in more detail in our latest episode of The Verge, with Stephen Loftus as our guest. In addition, we took an early look at the 2021 MLB Draft. https://anchor.fm/th...pisode-9-egbkt3
