If Tags is eligible this year, I think that helps us see more of LeGendre. If you only have LeGendre and Jackson eligible, you probably start Jackson to begin the year... and are hesitant to utilize LeGendre in sub packages. If you have all three available, I think it's a competition to see who starts... my expectation would be Tags, but that LeGendre is utilized often.
